Based in Baltimore, Maryland, Simon Tusha is a talented technology and real estate entrepreneur with a multifaceted career who enjoys spending his downtime on the water with a long time passion of his – boating.

Simon Tusha loves boating – and, in particular, yachting. In 2010, he joined the team at Primus Private Yacht Residence Club – the world’s first and foremost luxury private yacht residence club. The club – otherwise simply known as Primus Yachting – full-time as the Chief Innovation Officer. Primus provides all of its members with the use of a mega-yacht fleet, a unique opportunity for a world-class yachting experience available to members of the club as well as their family and friends. 

In 2012, Simon Tusha founded Below Deck Charters LLC. He paired with the hit reality series from Bravo, Below Deck, providing luxury charter Mega Yachts for charter guests of the show through his business. The show follows the lives of the crew working and living aboard these Mega Yachts during charter season, giving a behind-the-scenes look at the luxurious lifestyle and accommodations available on the craft.

Additionally in his professional career, Simon Tusha is also the CTO of True Data Centers, a position he’s held since 2011 when he founded the business. Through True Data Centers, Simon offers management and sales expertise – as well as design assistance – to major data center providers for the construction of large data centers. He has also served as the CTO for Quality Technology Services and spent time as the International Director of Strategic Development at Google Inc., to just name a few.

Outside of his career, Simon Tusha’s love for being on the water out in nature also comes with a deep respect for the environment and a commitment to its preservation. In July 2015, he founded the Chesapeake Renaissance, a Maryland-based nonprofit organization with a singular mission: Empowering the economic, cultural, and biological heritage of the Chesapeake Region. 

Recently, in 2019, he also founded Ocean Saviours, a nonprofit organization operating out of Cockeysville, Maryland. The philanthropic organization was created with a mission to promote cleanup efforts for waterways and the ocean while also prioritizing reef conservation. By utilizing a team of experts and volunteers from all across the world, Ocean Saviours can also assist with marine life rescue and protection in a move to preserve and protect the Earth’s natural resources and bountiful biodiversity.
